Bone Spurs

I have a recurring problem with achilles tendonitis in my left foot because of bone spurs in my heel. I have a friend that swears by Nature's Sunshine skeletal strength because he takes it on occasions for knee problems he has and he says it really works. The question I have, is will it help my condition? I play a lot of softball and this is the time it really does bother me, what I really want to know is when should I start taking this product to see if it will work before I start playing ball.( March ) I can hardly wait for your reply. -August

You can use Skeletel Strength to help dissolve the bone spurs. We have had great success using it with PDA to help the calcium absorbtion, along with Hydrangea (9 a day) and Alfalfa (6 a day). This program is most successful when used in combination.

In addition, you can use Tea Tree Oil applied extermally to help relieve pain. - Nicole Bandes, CHS, BS
